Partner and COO Nick Limner manages Key Group’s capital procurement process, investment partners and project parameters through all stages of financial negotiations. He brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate and strategic planning experience to the development process, overseeing financial assessments, forecasting, asset management and property management for Key Group.

The industry veteran’s portfolio includes oversight of more than $7.5 billion in commercial real estate assets spanning office, retail, industrial, mixed-use and residential. Before joining Key Group, he was Partner/COO at CREC, where his leadership was integral in growing the company into Florida’s largest independent commercial real estate firm.
The Florida State University School of Economics and Leadership Miami alumnus is the former president and board member of the Hearing and Speech Center of Florida and the Building Owners and Managers Association, where he received his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation in 1995.
