Irvine, Calif. (February 14, 2023) — Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates announced today that Venture Realty, based in Louisville, Kentucky, is joining as an affiliate to expand the company’s presence in the Midwest region. Venture Realty’s market reach spans in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas. The brokerage, led by Wesley Odle III, Principal Broker, is a client-centric organization focused on creative, out-of-the-box deal structuring.

Venture Realty’s services include brokerage, investment, and development with specialties in industrial, retail, multi-family and land.
