SPERRY Expands into New Hampshire with Commercial Realty Associates

Bedford, NH. (October 16, 2024) –SPERRY, a leading commercial real estate firm specializing in the investment sales brokerage, leasing brokerage, business brokerage, property management and investment of commercial real estate, today announced that veteran commercial real estate professional Chris Pascucci is joining the firm as an affiliate under the name Sperry-Commercial Realty Associates.  Pascucci will be based in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Under his leadership, the team grew to include 20 associates specializing in various aspects of commercial real estate.  Pascucci’s efforts not only enhanced the company’s market penetration and bottom line, but also solidified its reputation as a leading provider of commercial real estate services in the region.
