William E. Hopkins, Jr. (“Bill”) is a Sales Associate with KEY. Bill attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh and worked in the textile manufacturing industry for three years upon graduation.
Bill then attended law school at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. Bill was a litigator for more than twenty-five years working for law firms in Columbia, Montgomery, Alabama, and his own firm with locations in Charleston and Pawleys Island, South Carolina where he practiced with his son.
He received numerous awards and honors during his law career and has represented real estate developers, property owners, landlords, tenants, brokers and agents, and management companies in a diverse range of legal matters and disputes.
Bill has also been active in his community, serving on the Board of two local non-profit charitable organizations, including serving as President and Chairman of one for more than five years, and serving as Secretary of the Rotary Club.
Bill and his wife Rachel live in Pawleys Island, South Carolina with their son Jack, and his two adult children both live in Charleston.
